Lowongan Senior Ticketing Staff di PT Avodah Harvest International

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old
• Graduated from Vocational School majoring in Tourism
• Minimum 5 years experiences in International & Domestic ticketing
• Able to communicate in English fluently, other language is an advantageous
• Polite and friendly
• Familiar with GDS System
• Preferable having GDS Certificate (Galileo, Sabre & Amadeus)
• Able to work under pressure
• Avodah's office is located in Greenlake City, Cipondoh Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Serve all guests with excellent services
• Create ticket reservation both online and offline
• Provide prices and time limits to guests
• Follow-up reservation to guests before the time limit
• Email the ticket that have been issued to the guests
• Write down the selling price on the coupon agent and give it to ticketing admin for invoicing on the same day
• Follow up the invoice payments on the same day
• Assist guests to make schedule changes and ticket cancelation
• Do the cross selling by offering guests other AVODAH TOUR products (visa, hotel, insurance)
• Perform other related duties as required
