Key Responsibilties:

• Develop Visual Concept and Creative Strategis for social media, advertising campaigns marketing programs,, new product development and other. creative projects.
• Lead Creative team in designing and developing visual materials including graphics design, illustration, photography and video.
• Set visual Standart and style for brands and client projects.
• Cordinate with the account and marketing teams to identify creative needs and ensure consistent and intergrated brand messaging.
• Oversee and mange creative project budgets and ensucre projets are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designer and other creative team members to create visual materials that meet campaign and brand needs.
• Supervise the production of visual materials and enscure quality, safety and brand compliance
• Stay up-to-date with trends and innvations in the creative industry and continue to develop your skills and knowledge in visual art, illustration, design, photography, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in visual art, graphic Design, or illustration in the creative and or advertising industry.
• Have a Strong and diverse creative portofolio in various media channels and format ,feedback and motivate team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, clients and other stackholder.
• Ability to generate uniwque, inovate, and brand-appropriate visual concept
• Ablity, to produce work acroos various media channels ,including print, digital, sosial, and mobile.
