Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Manage daily operation, supervise day to day activity in the office.
• Calculate payroll ,tax, and other government regulated benefit, such BPJSTK BPJSKES, JSHK, etc.
• Manage bills payment which related with HR Job.
• Familiar with ISO system and process.
• Handled all HR management job ( recruitment, training, employee appraisal, etc ).
• Manage all company license.
• Manage foreign staff documentation, such KITAS, IMTA, etc.
• Manage Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
• Manpower dispute settlement .
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams.
• Well-developed planning and organization skills.
• Multi-tasking and scheduling management.
• Able communicate with all level.
• Update information and regulation regarding Law Labor, etc.

Requirements:

• 30 years old maximum
• Japanese speaker.
• Minimum a Diploma 3 .
• Experienced Working in the Japanese Company /Freight Forwarding company (minimum of 2 years )
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Disciplined, responsible, reliable, high initiative, and able to work in team.
• High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Undang Undang Cipta Kerja .
• Understand about OSS system.
