PT. ANUGERAH CITRA WALET INDONESIA is a company which supply high quality edible birdnest . We are currently looking for a Export And Import Manager with requirement as :

Requirements :

1. S1 from reputable university
2. At least 5 years working experience as Export and Import Manager, preferable experience in Food Industry
3. Age 30 - 45 years old
4. Having a good knowledge about export and import documents and regulations
5. Undestand Mandarin and English Language is a must (verbal and written)
6. Excellent in computer literate
7. Highly motivated, loyal, disciplined,meticulous and responsible
8. Strong communication skills & able to work as a team
9. Independent and thrustworthy person
10. Willing to work in Parung, Bogor
11. Able to work under pressure and deadlines
12. Willing to work overtime if needed

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to all export and import duties, including labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc
2. Communicating with customers regarding their order’s status and shipment.
3. Provide accurate export and import documents (invoice, packing list, etc)
4. Provide export and import weekly report
5. Ensure all export and import documents compliance to government regulation and requirement.
6. Working closely with overseas suppliers, customers, shipping and airlines companies
