Job Description:

1. Sourcing and developing new enterprise and corporate business.
2. Leading new client engagements before passing to our operations.
3. Develop strategy and execution plans to grow the business.
4. Make proposal, offer to client, and provide a suitable solution as the customer needs.
5. Defining, planning, and executing the winning sales project strategy.
6. Build a pipeline to sustain the growth of our business.
7. Achieve sales, revenue targets, revenue loss customer and existing customer.
8. Report activity sales (monthly).
9. Managing all key account relationships, requests, and business opportunities.
10. Managing programs and initiatives to increase enterprise customer engagement.
11. Assist in developing business cases and proposals.
12. Actively looking and follow up for new business opportunity also new customers.
13. Doing meetings, negotiations, visits, and regular communication with customers.
14. Maintain good relations with existing customers.
15. Remain customer for payment collection.
16. Meet revenue target set by the company.
17. Drive new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans.
18. Regular interaction with the customer to follow up on quotes, solutions, service delivery and quality issues.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping company with wide network in marine, coal, & shipping industry.
2. Strong market and costing analysis with extended handling of large size customers.
3. Strong networking with established national and multinational customers.
4. Excellence in English and/or Mandarin language is a plus.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Strong work ethic; able to set and meet goals.
8. Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
9. Self-motivated, good discipline, and result driven.
10. Have good communication skills both orally and in writing, including the ability to make reports and business correspondence.
11. Have the ability to negotiate and present well.
12. Excellent people skill and able to build rapport with people of all levels.
