Qiscus is an omnichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. We are currently looking for a dynamic and critical individual to join our Digital Sales Representative Intern to achieve our mission of #enablingConversations.

What you will do

• Be willing to learn about the company's target market(s)
• Determine what characteristics make a lead suitable or unsuitable either via email or messaging
• Implement a process to further qualify these projects as efficiently and quickly as possible
• Communicate with other divisions to prepare for reports
• Schedule appointments for clients and business team
• Work several hours on weekends
• Complete daily data entry and weekly reporting

What you will bring to the role

• Fresh graduate from communication, management, business or any related fields
• Has an interest in being a Lead Qualifier
• Possess outstanding critical thinking & analytical skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) will be a huge plus
• At least 3,5 CGPA (IPK)
• Able to start immediately
