Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Acquire strategic partnerships with attraction providers, such as theme parks and other entertainment venues, to enhance our offerings and drive business growth.

2. Take ownership of the unit's revenue generation, implementing innovative strategies to maximize income streams.

3. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the attraction and experience business unit, aligning it with the company's overarching objectives.

4. Provide regular, data-driven reports to CEO, offering insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities within the attraction and experience business unit.

5. Willing to work individually in the beginning while establishing a new team. 

6. Build a new team to spearhead the growth and success of the New Business Unit in the attraction and experience domain.

Requirements:

1. Experience min. 5 years in leadership roles.

2. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the attraction or entertainment industry.

3. A track record of building and scaling new business units or ventures would be prefered.

4. Possesses strong business acumen, exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

5. Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills.
