Requirement:

• Bachelor degree (S1), preferable Communication Science major or related field
• Has copywriting background
• Open for fresh graduate
• Preferable Jakarta, but placement in Yogyakarta is also in consideration

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive communication plans that effectively disseminate information to employees at all levels at the company.
• Manage end to end process all employees email access
• Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement and collaboration within the company.
• Produce high-quality content written and elaborate visuals for various internal communication channels.
• Coordinate internal announcements and campaigns in a timely and effective manner to all employees.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify communication needs, and ensure alignment of internal branding and messaging, aligning with external communications efforts.
• Supporting HR policy administration document and database.
• Supporting monthly employee onboarding.
