Niagahoster Customer Success Masterclass (NCSM) is an online hiring program consisting of a short-course training program related to the basics of Customer Success skills. NCSM aims to support digital talent in upgrading their skills and being ready to become part of our Niagahoster. This hiring program has been successfully conducted before in 2022 and attracted many talents that resulted in a number of hires within the course of one week period.

At the end of the masterclass, you will have developed a set of deliverables that will enhance your Customer Success practice:
- Customer obsession approach to serve the customers
- Developing excellent and clear communication skills including the use of positive language, delivering bad news to the customers politely, and understanding the concept of going extra mile in serving the customers
- Enhancing your technical understanding about web hosting services
- Building resilience to face the different types of customers
Responsibilities of a Customer Success Specialist:
- Communicating with customers and solving their technical issues related to the website via live chat;
- Assisting customers with exact guidance and resolutions;
- Going extra mile for each customer is part of the job;
- Focusing on the customer’s success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
- Responding and checking abuse of service (spam/phishing);
- Constantly growing and learning IT every day to become a web hosting expert.
Job Requirements of a Customer Success Specialist:
- Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)/TOEFL ITP (550)/IELTS (6,5)
- Proven motivation to develop skills in IT and customer-related skills
- Min Diploma in any field (IT field is a plus) or 1-2 years of experience
- Customer-focused, strong ambition to help customers and solve their problem
- Well-developed communication skills, confident, and collaborative
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule (full-time only, morning/day/night shifts)
- Having basic knowledge in the domain, hosting, blog, and website
