Key accountabilities:

• Responsible design including technical report and revision control
• Prepare Project Technical specifications and procedures as required for the various process systems
• Understanding Geometri & Detail Drawing, Symbols and measurement
• Ensure works are as per the project schedule
• Review Vendor technical documents and drawings to ensure comply with requirements
• Prepare Equipment’s list as per the basic engineering documents

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Preferably domiciled in Bali
• Having SKA Ahli Bangunan Gedung
• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structure Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in both residential and commercial buildings
• Experience in design, fully proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, REVIT or others
• Have extensive experience in structural engineering works and with a capability to monitor and direct staff and subcontractors.
• In depth understanding of construction methodology building structures, calculation of foundations, earthquake modelling and HV electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical principles.
• Have QA/QC training and experience
