Role
The Finance Assistant ensures that all Veris finance needs are met, including Daily transaction and records, , invoicing and internal reports on financial performance.
Core Responsibilities
The Finance Assistant is responsible for managing daily financial matters within Veris:
·      Handling pettycash, and record daily transcations.
·      Filling and tidy-up hard copy of transaction (Bank, Pettycash, Tax).
·      Manage and save softcopy transaction to the server.
·      Help to followup outstanding invoices.
·      Checking the prepaid expenses and advance.
·      Prepare and report Fixed assest list and monthy general office budget.
·      Checking BOD expenses, Project expenses and filing.
·      Assist Prepare Tax data, reporting and filing.
·      Assist Finance team for annual Tax returns process and Financial audit w/ supporting documents.
Key Performance Indicators
·      Timely weekly and monthly Finance Admin tasks.
·      Tidy up records of Finance transaction and supporting documents.
·      Timely provide data for payment and Tax purpose.
·      Conduct in line with company values and Employee Handbook
