Job descriptions: 

1. Able to proficiently communicate in ENGLISH & Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin will be plus point

2. Able to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

3. Responsible for checking on the original data ceritificate of the customers. 

4. Able to communicate on the telephone, understand the customer needs, guide the customers an solve customers' problems.

5. Regularly follow up customers on the telephone and WhatsApp 

6. Organize the daily communication result records

7. Reply to Customers' Email Messages.

8. Manage Company's social media.

9. Send the CV in ENGLISH 

10. Work From Home during the pandemic.
