Personnel Qualification

  • At least Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)
  • 8+ Year's experiences in Sales of Home Appliances Field (MDA9), at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Competent in preparing reports, undertaking presentations, managing time and workload in a demanding, growing business.
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and networking within the Nationwide Home Appliances Industry
  • Demonstrable experience of managing an entire sales cycle product specification, commercial negotiations to after sales support.
  • Demonstrable experience of appropriately using and adapting pricing tools in order to secure contracts.
  • Proven track record in winning and retaining new business
  • Demonstrable evidence of successfully working with Distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers, Architects, Developers to deliver end to end projects
  • Tenacity to follow up and manage often complex and lengthy sales negotiations.
  • Strong skill in Ms Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data driven solutions
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability
  • Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
