Personnel Qualification
- At least Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)
- 8+ Year's experiences in Sales of Home Appliances Field (MDA9), at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Competent in preparing reports, undertaking presentations, managing time and workload in a demanding, growing business.
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and networking within the Nationwide Home Appliances Industry
- Demonstrable experience of managing an entire sales cycle product specification, commercial negotiations to after sales support.
- Demonstrable experience of appropriately using and adapting pricing tools in order to secure contracts.
- Proven track record in winning and retaining new business
- Demonstrable evidence of successfully working with Distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers, Architects, Developers to deliver end to end projects
- Tenacity to follow up and manage often complex and lengthy sales negotiations.
- Strong skill in Ms Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data driven solutions
- Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability
- Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
