Position Level: Supervisor

Years of Experience: 2 years and above of experience or has held a Supervisory Position in HR field. Having HR related experience in tech start-up will be a bonus point.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Organization Structure of the Company.
• Develope the Manpower Planning for the new Organization Structure.
• Evaluating Job description for each position in the new Organization Structure.
• Incharge for comprehensive HR process.
• Maintain good relations with existing employees.

To be success in this role, you will need to have

• Good communication skill
• Bachelor Degree (majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Management will be an extra point)
• Experiences on all around HR process
• Experiences in company change management will be a bonus point
