Lowongan Graphic Designer di PT Dua Puluh Tiga

Responsibilities:

• Understand the basic principles of graphic design (how to combine: colors, fonts, images, and create a seamless patterns)
• Translating creative briefs and product value into various alternative of product asset (patterns, label, tag, and packaging)
• Delivering a solid working knowledge of pattern trends and applies relevant prints to product designs
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Responsible for completion of graphic tech pack along with all details and passing completed spec to product research and development teams
• Track and organize development samples, ensuring they are delivered within required timelines and seamlessly passed off to key parties
• Utilize resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and stay up to date on competitor research/trend analysis
• Understanding of the creative process and able to create a concept of what you designed with attention to detail and the reason behind it
• Seek to improve the process in order to deliver efficiently with speed/agility, and be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Able to work individually or as a team

Requirements:

• Have more than 1 year of working experiences as a graphic designer (preferably not a fresh graduate)
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Drawing and computer illustration skills; curate and create corporate artwork across a range of formats using Adobe Creative Cloud and programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Communication skills to engage with designers, and vendors, and to provide progress updates at every stage of the design and artwork process
• Having knowledge and passion on fashion industry is a plus point!
• Have an explorer mindset and updated with the last trend
• Willing to work in Bandung
