Lowongan HSE COORDINATOR di PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement company HSE management system, HSE plan and CSMS
• Prepare HSE report and analyze statistic data HSE
• Ensure hazard identification, risk assessment and HSE program can implemented properly
• Conduct regular training to increase employee awareness of K3
• Carrying out regular HSE audits and report finding to management
• AMDAL(UKL - UPL) & Including Government Permission  
• Lead on ISO Audit (Internal & External)  
• Responsible on SHE ( daily, regulation, awareness )  
• Collect Customer Complaint & report regularly
• Manage employee's SHE needs ( safety shoes, safety helmet )
• Presenting Safety Induction ( internal & externally )
• Providing SHE Documents requested by customer and or sales

Requirement :

• Minimum D-3 of Safety or Engineering, Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years experienced in HSE Officer or HSE Coordinator
• Experienced in handling documents and implementation ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
• Understand HSE Management System and HSE regulation
• Having good Communication Skill (in Bahasa & English)  
• Having experience in Safety & Environment, process & releasing AMDAL /UKL - UPL
• Having certificate : IOSH , Ahli K3 Umum Kemennaker, Basic safety, fire fighter, oil spill control, ISO 9001,14001, 45001
• Computer literate ( PP, excel, Word, Ms Project)
• Process & Result Oriented
• Willing on receiving job/responsible extension
