Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team.
• sales lead
• sales tracking
• sales submission 
• personnel performance based on KPI
• resolve and escalate sales related issue
• sales report
• check runs 
• Managing our sales platform
• ensure all ratings are according to the standard
• update and submit all the promotion and exposure
• close communication with counter partner in online platform
• check the financial and sales report
•  Events management
•  Provide recommendations
•  Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Requirement

• Minimum education: Bachelor degree in management, marketing or communication major
• Minimum experience of 3 years in digital marketing, customer service management or other related areas
• Familiar with majormarket place system such as Tokopedia, Shopee and Zalora
• Able to navigate Shopify as a sales channel
• Proficient in Excel, Words, and Gdocs
