Job Requirements:

• Willing to go to China HQ for rotation training 6-24 months
• Bachelor of finance/accounting/capital from reputable university
• Having foreign language skills or other international background is preferred
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong adaptability, able to complete transnational and cross-cultural work connection

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize the management of the company's capital plan according to the company's operating conditions and financial market dynamics.
• Coordinate the resources of the settlement center and improve the efficiency of fundings
• Maintain good interaction and communication with financial institutions, grasp the dynamics of the capital market, broaden financing channels, innovate financial products, optimize financial statements, and reduce financial costs.
• Establish a multi-dimensional fund management analysis system and organize fund management analysis.
• Improve the fund management system and process and organize industry research and internal audit.
• Complete other work arranged by the department.
