Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients and generate leads through various channels, such as industry events, online platforms, referrals, and cold calling/emailing. Research and gather information about prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Develop a deep understanding of the retail technology products and solutions offered by your company. Be able to effectively demonstrate how these products can address the specific requirements and challenges faced by potential B2B clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling by actively listening to clients' needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Understand the clients' pain points and communicate how your company's products can solve those issues and improve their operations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Continuously nurture these relationships through regular communication, providing updates, and offering ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that highlight the value proposition of your company's products and services. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other agreements, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and your company.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to relay customer feedback, share market insights, and ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to product implementation and ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in startups or E-Commerce FMCG
  • Proven work experience as a B2B Sales
  • Experience working with the Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building, retaining, upselling, and cross-selling accounts.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization.
  • Able to work with other departments in order to provide solutions to clients
