Responsibilities :

1. Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters

2. Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs

3. Resolving employee issues and conducting thorough investigations where required

4. Advising management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.

5. Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement

6. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

7. Draft, review and/or checking any legal documents in relation to other functions, including but not limited to Human Resources functions, General Affair function, Corporate Communication function, Corporate Relations and sustainability function, and Pemit & License function in order to support the Company's and subsidiaries objectives and ensure the compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's or Master degree

  2. 8 - 10 years of experience in HR or related field

  3. Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

  4. Experienced in a business partnering role

  5. Strong communication & influencing skills

  6. In depth knowledge of HR Strategic related metrics

  7. Problem solver & strategic thinker

  8. Know About Law Regulation

  9. Having an HR Professional certification is a must
