Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Responsibilites :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs
  • Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Plan and implement Event Branding to support the hiring process
  • Manage monthly employee's status and analyze the performance appraisal
  • Manage social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies
  • Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools
  • Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration
  • Meet administrative requirements in the training process (application form training application, vendor and registration check, payment).
  • Perform up-date training data and employee competence continuously and responsible for the tidiness of the document.
  • Evaluation and analysis on the effectiveness of the training held so that it can develop for future training.
  • Manage the training of Internal and External training in accordance SOP Training and in accordance with the Budget.
  • Create Weekly, Monthly, Annual report on Training Activities.

Job Requirement:

  • Have 2 -3 years of experience in the field of recruitment & development specialist and graduated from a leading university with majors in Psychology or HR Management with Bachelor Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
