QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Having a positive mental attitude, self-driven, self-leaderships (No Remote), proactive, result oriented, and teachable
• Should be capable of working effectively under pressure and meet the specific deadline
• Hard working, strong attention to detail, high self-motivation, critical thinking skills
• Having proactive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in dealing with people will also recommended
• Fluency in English both verbal and written will also be highly valued
• Having knowledge on MicroTik (Management Bandwidth, Security Network)
• Having knowledge on WordPress, NAS, PABX, CCTV
• Having knowledge on Firewall Security, Anti-Virus
• Having additional knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw Canva, and Video Editing, would be highly advantages
• Capable in manage Website and Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
• Having additional knowledge on Office 365 business (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain computer software, hardware, network, server storage security, and website
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, provide analysis and solution
• Monitoring and tuning system performance
• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Making documentation of works and systems
• Design the Corporate attributes branding and the tax update template design
• Create a variety of designs, ideas, and concept for corporate digital marketing
• Manage and develop contents for media social and website
• Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to solve technical, application, or network issues
