Requirements:

1. Have at least 3 years of marketing experience in leading FMCG industry
2. Preferably has experience min 3-5 year in the same position as Brand Manager
3. Exposure to FMCG and its competitive dynamics
4. Experienced in handling more than 1 brand / product category 
5. Have ability in market Research and Data Analysis
6. Strong execution and project tracking skill.
7. Possess ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. Has media understanding (both traditional media and digital media)
9. Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
10. A highly motivated person, able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing
11. Well spoken and written in English

Job Description:

1. First point of contact for Powder Based Product
2. Development of advertising material & creative judgement
3. Responsibility for managing the development and execution of BTL plan (promotions, packaging, sales and trade promo plans)
4. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
5. Execute, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Participation in new and innovative growth strategies (with cross functions)
7. Monitor A&P budget expenditure within agreed budget
