Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in any major at reputable University (Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred)
2. Maximum 27 years old
3. Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist or Administrator
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written
5. Good personality and communication skill
6. Attractive, attention to detail and good time management
7. Able to operate Microsoft Office, Internet, and other applications that support work
8. Having excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
9. Fast learning, multitasking and able to work with tight deadline

Jobs Descriptions :

1. Greeting clients and visitors as they come into the office and provide any necessary assistance
2. Answer all incoming calls and direct the to the appropriate party in a professional manner
3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
4. Being the first liaison of communication between iternal and external parties
5. Responsible for related administrative work, include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, arranging meetings and receptions
6. Help plan and organize events hosted by the office
7. Maintaining office activity logs, files and documents
8. Arrange delivery of packages and collection of goods at the office
9. Responsible for driver schedule on company car usage
10. Reminding important task and deadlines
