Job Description for Corporate Finance:

1.Collect project information and make PPT to introduce the company's project to the bank in order to obtain a loan.

2.Interfacing with various departments to collect all the information required for bank loan approval.

3.Responsible for all pre-loan due diligence.

4.Negotiate terms of loans and other financial transactions with lenders and other parties to ensure the best interest for the Company.

5.Review loan agreement and other financing document. 

6.Cooperate in completing the conditions for drawdown after loan signing.

7.Responsible for the post-loan management, including principle and interest payment, all condition subsequent, and other bank’s requirement.

8.Maintaining existing banking relationships and developing new ones.

9.Regular reviews to optimize the original bank loan structure.

Qualification

1.Bachelor’s degree in any major, MBA and MAF would be an advantage.

2.Fluent in English and Mandarin.

3.Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiation.

4.Excellent team player and ability to work independently as well.

5.Previous experience in banking and financial service industry is highly regarded.
