Job Responsibilities

• Managing IT projects and lead a cross functional team to meet the project goals, deadline, and budget.
• Developing project plans, goals, budgets, and identifying resources needed
• Identify project risk, doing risk mitigation and resolve project issues
• Establishing project governance and ensuring that appropriate project controls are in place
• Monitoring project and reporting project status regularly.
• Lead meetings and manage communication between teams and other stakeholders.
• Working with vendors to manage deliverables to ensure that all the milestones are met
• Coordinating and manage project change requests
• Tracking the progress and performance of project and team members;
• Doing handover to operational team and provides the handover documents;
• Developing methods for measuring results;
• Socializing project management and system development life cycle for employee

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator to coordinate and collaborate of all project stakeholders;
• Able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills;
• Strong leadership skills, results-oriented individual, and very strong work ethic;
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum);
• Having experience in procurement and SDLC process for Software development and implementation project;
• Having experience using Project Management Tool;
• PMP or Project Management Certification will be beneficial;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English
