We are searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing financial startup company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, and that issues are tracked with our internal teams to ensure that the resolutions arrive as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing support team members to ensure customers receive responses within 24 hours
• Communicate with the company's technical teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Track the most common issues on a weekly or monthly basis, and accordingly implement improvements to company processes
• Track and report user feedback with the goal of improving the usability of our services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
• 1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service or Finance role
• High level English language communication ability, particularly written English
• Able to effectively communicate and organize details with colleagues in other countries and cultures
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies with an interest in deeply learning the technology and industry
• Able to learn new concepts very quickly
• Highly professional demeanor when communicating with customers
• Willing to work at night-time (5PM-1AM), without no rotation shift. These working hours are permanent

Salary IDR 4,416,186 (Gross)
