URGENTLY NEEDED:

ENGLISH HOMEROOM TEACHER (Junior-Senior High School Level)

• Establish and conduct an encouraging classroom environment that utilizes space, materials, routines, and guidance techniques to effectively facilitate physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of the students
• Build good mentoring and positive relationship with students
• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments to motivate and instill enthusiasm and engagement for learning
• Quick to learn and adapt with teamwork and learning program/system
• Integrate creative learning strategies including use of models, project based learning, group activities and multi media
• Evaluate and fill students progress report for each term

 QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree (Preferably linear to subject, but open and welcome any major)
• Age 25 40 years old
• Excellent English proficiency
• Having CELTA/TEFL will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching English language
• Experienced in teaching international curriculums, eg. ACE, IGCSE, GAC
• Competent digital/technology skills
• Passionate in education, responsible, committed and caring
• Creative and effective in making lesson plan as well as in delivering lessons
• Familiar and highly involved with project based learning
• Possess good leadership, class/student management and communication/counseling skill
• Communicative and capable to work both in team and individually
• Good record of conduct and character
• Good record of health
• Preferably resides in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading, Sunter and surrounding areas)
