RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a communication strategy across several brands, to include media outreach and social media content creation to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic to on/offline locations.
• Define, monitor, and measure the performance of the different brand campaigns in the context of a true omnichannel marketing strategy.
• Research, write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, infographics, blogs, and newsletters, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organizations activities, products and/or services.
• Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the companys policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand.
• Plan, arrange and coordinate press conferences, publicity events as required.
• Adhere to the companys style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error- free copy.
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the companys strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.
• Implement edits and changes and regularly review the corporate website/s for improvements/updates.
• Develop new ideas for increased website presence, keep site updated, user-friendly, and following best practices.
• Develop and refine metrics for measuring the “Win” relation to traffic and, where applicable, engagement in all website channels, including blog, promotional as well as dedicated landing pages.
• Analyze and report on performance of blog and websites, their effectiveness of all strategies associated to their elements, and make recommendations for improvements to current blog and websites based on data findings.
• Be a proactive member of communications, participate in meetings, work collaboratively, consistently, contribute creative ideas and solutions, and provide support as needed on all communications projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or communications with at least 1 year of experience in media/PR and/or event management.
• Knowledge SEO, Ads campaigns, and omnichannel marketing strategy.
• Good website and multi-channel content and analytical skills.
• Ability to make analytical and data-based decisions, continually looking for ways to optimize communication strategy and tactics.
• Experience with or capacity to learn all areas of tech, including website and app platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate.
• Content writing experience for all channels and media platforms.
• Proven networking expertise.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design and publishing software.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, “switch gears” on short notice, creatively problem solve, and embrace flexibility when priorities shift.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Available to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
