Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities based on marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC
• Coordinate the execution of all digital marketing activities with internal teams
• Manage and track the performance of external agencies and other vendor partners
• Design, build, and maintain the companys presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Keeping up to date with digital technologies developments and provide perspective for adoption
• Proactively develop and execute digital campaigns, events, and promotion to generate leads
• Act as brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns and contents
• Identify market trends, and use that knowledge to enhance the companys digital presence
• Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, digital advertising campaigns, and social media performance metrics
• Develop & execute innovative ideas to boost business growth

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, either in agencies or in-house (startup experience is preferable)
• Familiar with the basics of communication design, video production, and copywriting
• Strategic thinker, a team player and creative problem solver
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet tight deadline and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks according to priority
