As a Digital Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's marketing objectives. Your primary focus will be on increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and optimizing conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for improved search engine rankings.

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

3. Paid Advertising:

• Manage and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media, to maximize ROI.

• Monitor advertising budgets and adjust bids to achieve campaign objectives.

4. Content Marketing:

• Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels to engage the target audience.

• Utilize content marketing to position the P2P lending platform as an industry thought leader.

5. Social Media Marketing:

• Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and user engagement.

• Monitor social media platforms, respond to user inquiries, and manage online community engagement.

6. Email Marketing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat usage.

• Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

• Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (2 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager .

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

4. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing campaigns.

9.English Language proficiency is an advantage
