Lowongan Server Engineer di PT Netmarks Indonesia

We are looking for a Server Engineer who has the technical know-how how to design and manage servers with different operating systems across locations within an organization according to the customers' needs.

The person needs to know how to ensure servers are accessible to the customers so that they're able to perform critically important tasks. The person will be working under our technical team; together with other related engineers.

Responsibilities 

• Perform installation, implementation, and configuration of server and storage solutions.
• Perform maintenance support and troubleshooting for server hardware and server OS (Linux, Windows, VMWare) & necessary software such as Backup System, AV, etc. 
• Propose technical solution based on customer requirements or pain points.
• Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
• Review server logs and investigate anomalies.
• Proactively monitor and analyze system performance to detect and resolve issues.   
• Develop good relationship with both internal and external team

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Science.  
• Having minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.  
• Good skills in writing, communication, and presentation in English.   
• Experienced with VMware & other virtualization implementation and management
• Experienced with Linux Server and Windows Server implementation and management 
• Experienced with the installation of HPE, IBM, and Dell (server and storage).  
• Have good communication skills and team awareness, are positive and optimistic, and have a sense of responsibility.  
• Excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of initiative.
