PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the best candidate for Legal Supervisor located in Bali with the details:

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 2- 3 years working experience as a Legal Supervisor
• Have experience in general corporate and regulatory analysis
• Business license, and another technical license/ permit
• Have advocate license will be a plus
• Good English proficiency both oral and written
• Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company
• Willing to be located at Bali

Responsibility:

• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
• Develop company policy and position on legal issues
• Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
• Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
• Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
• Draft and administer all contracts
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
• Develop company policy and position on legal issues
• Represent the company in security and maintain the company's interest from all legal risk
• Provide legal analysis according to the needs of the company
• Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary
• Ensures legal department files are maintained and destroyed in compliance with record retention policies and procedures.
• Oversees yearly budget for the department and monitors monthly accounting records; provides related findings to managing attorney
• Serves as backup for office functions including answering, screening, and directing phone calls; managing mail; and printing or copying documents
• Performs other related duties as assigned
