Lowongan R&D / Product Development Specialist di PT Shapeshell International Indonesia

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the development and improvement of existing products and service.
• Development of products within but not limited to GRC (Glass reinforced Concrete, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum)
• Performing hands-on laboratory/research work to develop a value position for our product
• Manage Engineering testing and work closely with design team/Engineering Consultants
• Leading the technical aspects of the sales process, to develop product sample based on request.
• Define concrete repair formulation for inhouse & on-site repair
• Transferring the product specific knowledge from sample development to pre-production
• Attend weekly product development meeting with Brisbane Team

Requirements:

• A will structured self-managed and well-organized person able to research and work to a goal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, Material science or similar filed preferred with strong project management skills.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in material R&D
• Knowledge of concrete durability design strategy is a advantage.
• Demonstrate interest in building construction and development/innovation new materials.
• Excellent English communication skill (written, Verbal and presentation)
• Good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude to build a small but dedicated team.
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively with another employees/ other Department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience with CAD 2D/3D modelling is an advantage
