Department Head of Network Services in the implementation of IT infrastructure Networks for Telecommunication Industries and Large Enterprises.

1. Develop strategies for the network services engineer team to support implementation and post-sales activities.
2. Review technical competencies of the network services engineer team and manpower planning to support all running projects.
3. Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to implement Network Services projects, including architectures and processes, aligning them with organizational goals.
4. Communicate with stakeholders regarding system status, service updates, planned outages, unplanned outages, and service delivery issues for all running projects.

Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunication or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
2. 5+ years of post-sales working experience in the Telecommunications Industry and Large Enterprises.
3. 3+ years experience in managerial roles.
4. Experience in project implementation and rollout in the Network domain.
5. Familiarity with the Nokia 7750 SR Family is an advantage.
6. Technical Capabilities: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in production networks with Metro Ethernet Networks, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IS-IS), Multicast routing protocols (IGMP, PIM), IP Network protocols for L2VPN and L3VPN, and QoS Concept are mandatory.
7. Non-Technical Capabilities: Self Motivation, adaptation, communication, negotiation.
