Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the market who could benefit from IT outsourcing services. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their business challenges, IT needs, and long-term goals to propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
  • Present the company's IT outsourcing services effectively to clients, showcasing how the services can address their specific business pain points and add value to their operations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and solution teams to create tailored proposals that align with client requirements. Ensure that proposals are well-structured, competitive, and address all client concerns.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing any objections, concerns, or pricing discussions. Work towards closing deals and securing contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the IT outsourcing sector. Use this knowledge to position the company's services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets using CRM tools or other designated systems.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record min 2 years in IT sales, particularly in selling IT outsourcing services or solutions. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the IT outsourcing landscape, including various outsourcing models, cloud services, managed services, and software development processes.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to connect with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques and the ability to handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  • A self-motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose appropriate IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and trends to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Willingness to visit for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
  • Sensitivity to the cultural nuances of conducting business in Indonesia.
