This position should identify opportunities to increase an organization's effectiveness by efficiently utilizing and managing human resources, to create resources and tools that enable workforce empowerment, to develop a safe and positive work culture, to identify developmental needs, and find the impact to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Industrial Technic/ Law/ Business Administration or another related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in manufacturing industry
  • Age min 35 years old.
  • Expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with HR software/HRIS, or other payroll system.
  • Familiar with handling matters to Depnaker and BPJS
  • Experienced and Familiar with handling the Unions
  • Experienced and understanding to develop CLA (PKB)
  • Experienced with Internship Programs
  • Understanding Labor Law 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Able to communicate in English (speak & written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations programs that promote positive employee morale, motivation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with heads of different departments to create effective KPI to analyse and improve the performance of each department.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
  • Assist in the production of staffing budgets on an annual basis and manage personnel costs.
  • Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives employee productivity.
  • Manage well and have a good relationship with the Unions.
  • Do CLA/PKB preparation and for the negotiation.
  • Have responsive and effective recruitment of contractual workers: Good quality workers, Law compliance, Low turnover.
  • Involve ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 13485.
  • Implement HSE & environment such as, K3, UKL UPL report, and waste report.
