Job descriptions:

• Strategically developing social media campaign and content plan that aligns and stays consistent with the brand's identity.
• Creating valuable and consistent content across all social media platforms.
• Managing high-volume social media posts. Engaging with followers on social media.
• Developing and coordinating strategies with KOL and third parties.
• Utilizing analytical tools to analyze social media campaign, content, and KOL to gather insights and action plan
• Providing report, recommendations and advice for social media marketing strategies.
• Staying updated with the latest social media trends.
• Providing guidance to the design team on the visual content that has been planned.

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at a digital.
• Highly skilled in online/social media communication, and knowledgeable in TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; agile and able to adapt quickly.
• Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
• Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly, a strong analytical, data driven mindset.
