RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Manage all compensation and benefit package (monthly salary, allowance, BPJS, and insurance).
• Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Preparing all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Regularly updating headcount management system, personal database.
• Manage appraisal system.
• Preparing monthly HR report.
• Closely work with management and employees to understand potential turnover issues and trends.
• Establish and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on their interpretation and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good understanding of labour laws and Industrial Relation.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Min 3 years of hands-on experience with HR operations.
• Experience Payroll and compliance with government mandatories.
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
• Possess integrity and good work ethics.
• Good team player .
• Have good skill in operating Ms. Office with strong skill to Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Able to start immediately.
