Responsibilities:

• Handle Support and rectify case from customer
• Doing installation and implementation at the customer side or by remote
• Give training to the customer
• Create custom report using SQL Database
• Mastering the product

Requirements:

• Age maximum 26 years old
• Pleasant Personality, Mentally Strong
• S1 Computer Major with minimum GPA of 2.9. Training will be provided.
• Computer literate, and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Proficient in English, speak, read, and write
• Computer Literate
• Familiar with Windows Operation System (Server/PC) while SQL Server, Oracle and Data Communication is a plus
• Analytical problem-solving skills, creative thinking abilities
• Motivated, Independent but a team player, have the willingness to succeed, and personally value Integrity
• Ready to travel domestic and overseas intensively
