Lowongan Service Engineer di PT Domino Printing Indonesia

You will be responsible for :

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests, providing customer feedback and providing a high level of customer service
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trial, on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
• Participating in the training of new team members

Your requirement will be :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 1-3 years experience in service engineer (industrial product) preferably in coding and marking industry.
• Passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationship with customers. 
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Good English communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, internet,etc)
• If required willing to be work in shifting schedule
