Accor Plus is looking for Payroll Clerk candidates who are:

• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system

• Preparing regular payroll reports that include summaries of gross earnings, overtime, sales commission, tax deductions, and social security payments

• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries including distributions of payroll slips

• Liaise with government officers related to social security regular payments

• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures

• Other ad hoc projects and assignments as per request

• Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality

• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations

• Good math and numerical skills

• Organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication abilities with an aptitude in problem-solving
