Job Description

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's workforce needs, considering industry-specific requirements and trends.
• Identify potential sources of talent, such as industry-specific job boards, trade associations, and technical schools.
• Utilize online job platforms, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide guidance on job descriptions and selection criteria.
• Manage the communication and feedback loop between hiring managers and candidates.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in recruiting for the heavy machinery industry or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific skills and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
