Job Requirements :

1. At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline. 
2. At least 5 years of experience in related position. Preferably from Developer / property / Landed industry 
3. Expert in Social Media Marketing, Google Marketing Platform, and influencer management
4. Have hands-on experience in managing in-app marketing, CRM tools, and third-party marketing tools
5. Strong copywriting skills
6. Good time management\
7. Critical tinkering and problem-solving skills
8. Experience in managing and monitoring a team.
9. Target-oriented.

Job Description :

1. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
2. Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and encouraging collaboration
3. Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactic recommendations
4. Identify new business opportunities
5. Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders on marketing programs, strategies and budgets
6. Recruit, mentor and coach the Project Sales team to achieve sales targets
