Lowongan ISO/QC SUPERVISOR di PT Nnr Rpx Global Logistics Indonesia

Main Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible as MR (Management of Representative) ISO, HSE & AEO certification.
2. Assuring ISO (9001:2015) and HSE/K3 well implemented by stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers and business colleagues).
3. Lead of ISO Audit (Internal and External) and Audit Surveillance and Yearly Certification.
4. Create SOP, Procedure and Work Instructions as well manage ISO documentation and record.
5. Handling Irregularity and Non-Conformity until case close.
6. Develop & maintain the company’s service quality, HSE Management System and ensure that the relevant policies & procedures are implemented & followed at all the times as per local & international standard Lead on internal audit process.
7. Giving ISO (9001:2015) and HSE awareness training.
8. Support branch in maintaining existing the ISO certification.
9. Plan & conduct ISO & HSE/K3 inspection to detect & mitigate existing potential accident & health hazards.
10. Make excellent suggestions to Top Management as needed to improve associated quality procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate work and sustain quality.

Mandatory Requirement:

1. Maximum 40 years old
2. Having ISO, HSE (K3) and AEO certificate is prioritize.
3. Have minimum 5 years of ISO & AEO experiences as Management Representative.
4. Advance knowledge of ISO (9001”2015) and HSE (K3)
5. Excellent in computer skills for utilize formula (statistic) for measurement.
6. Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics business is preferable.
7. Good in leadership, managing people and work under dateline.
8. Strong problem-solving skills
9. Good advisor for Top Management for Quality Assurance
10. Fluent in English written & verbal is a must.
