Job description :

• Directly manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects
• Manage the digital creative process from start to finish by supervising the creative team in the production of all marketing deliverables across multiple digital platforms
• Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across social media
• Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your creative strategy
• Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls
• Communicate across another department to understand creative needs.
• Working with team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. 
• Generate ideas for enhancing creative implementation and digital strategy and inspire innovation within the creative team
• Analyze social media to produce more compelling brand messaging that drives lead generation and conversion

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in design, arts, marketing, or business
• Prior experience with copywriting, design, and video production
• Previous project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
• Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
