Job Description :

• Participates in the implementation of the Continuous-Improvement Program in the Business Unit which includes the support on coordination of the performance improvement plans (safety, quality, process, machine and costs) and Provides appropriate support to department managers in maintaining implementation of the continuous-improvement initiatives within their respective sectors. In line with World Class Manufacturing practices from the company

• Analyzing existing procedures and establishing the best possible operational procedures.

• Implementation of new operational processes/methods to optimize operational costs through impact study and cost analysis.

• Analyzing repetitive technical issues resulting in machine inefficiency or stoppage for proposing solutions to the operational team with eventual implication of team

• Pre-study of any projects given

• Follow up Performance Plan monthly

• Follow up for Process and Quality issues and make action Plan to improve the process over all technical issues resulting in machine inefficiency or stoppage for proposing solutions to the operational team with eventual implication of team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Electrical/Mechanic/Industrial/Chemical
• Experience as Manufacture Improvement Specialist
• Knowledge of factory/plant (machines, people, KPI’s)
• Good basic technical background
• Fluent in English and computer literature
