Job Description:

Manage Business Process department:

Conduct as is and to be analysis of business process
Reviews, analyzes and documents complex business processes and needs.
Develop a plan for improvement that includes specific goals, time frames and resources required.
Design new or improved processes by identifying potential problems and solutions, and implement changes.
Delivers communication to stakeholders including executives.

Manage Business Continuity

Develop and maintains business recovery plan and procedure.
Conduct risk assessments, analyze potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, etc.
Collaborates with IT Division to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and system in the event of disasters.
Identifies and implements recovery operations and method in the event of disasters.
Conduct and facilitates simulation drills.

Trains, coaches and mentors staff including career development

Job Requirements:

Have at least 4 years experience in Business Process management and 3 years in Business Continuity Management.
Previous experience in Project Management would be an advantage.
Have at least 2 years experience in insurance industry.
Experience in preparing Business Process Model.
Experience using Business Process Management tools will be an advantage.
Experience in designing Business Continuity Plan and coordinating Business Continuity Simulation.
Good communication in English.
