SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - CONVOI Jakarta

Job description

• Develop content plan for social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts
• Planning, directing and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Tiktok, Website
• Give recommendations to adjust social media strategy for optimal results especially for top and middle funnel
• Proficiency in paid as such as Meta ads, Google ads, Linkedin ads, Tiktok ads is point plus
• Preparing and conducting reports regularly
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics through analytical tools such as Hootsuite and evaluate social media and ads presence & performance.
• Managing and communicating with social influencers to increase the visibility of a company's brand identity
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices especially for top and middle funnel optimization
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner

Qualification

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
• Ability to create articulative, engaging, innovative, and original content and ideas-flexible writing skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, results-oriented, engaging, have a positive attitude, passionate, and energetic
• Can effectively perform under pressure and tight deadline
• Having an interest in the food & beverage industry
