• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage overall HR & Administration functions : Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources, asset and management report 
• Make budget for HRGA department
• Managing Company Legality
• Aware for the government employment laws
